14-Day Return Policy for Unopened Items

At Fragrancesamples.us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns
* Unopened Items Only: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Return Process
1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fragrancesamples.us within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your return.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds
* Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed your return.

Shipping Costs
* Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* Return Shipping Label: If you choose to use our prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
